
Rev. Dr. Jason Stevens
Lead Pastor
Pastor Jason joined the team at Harvester in January of 2020. Pastor Jason and his wife Kiley have been married for 26 years and are blessed with two amazing children, Jaley and Kaleb. He has served in the Church of the Nazarene since 2001 and was ordained an Elder in 2005. He holds a Bachelor of Science (1999) from Southern Nazarene University, a Master of Divinity (2016) from Wesley Seminary, and a Doctor of Ministry (2021) from Wesley Seminary.
Pastor Jason is passionate about sharing the gospel in everyday language and in expanding the Kingdom of Jesus Christ. He is a Certified Trainer for Dynamic Church Planting International (DCPI). Jason enjoys a strong cup of coffee, playing the guitar, reading, golf, and traveling around the globe. Kiley is an elementary teacher in the St. Charles School District and is involved in numerous ministries in the church and broader community.

Rev. Jade Roberts
Associate Pastor of Worship & Media
Pastor Jade has been on staff at Harvester since the fall of 2020. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (2017, Worship Arts) and a Master of Organizational Leadership (2022), both from Trevecca Nazarene University, and she was ordained as an Elder in 2025. Before moving to Missouri, she served at various churches in the Nashville area in both staff and volunteer capacities. She is passionate about using music, Scripture, and liturgy to encourage the development of a relationship with Jesus.
Jade and her husband, Chance, were married in 2024, and welcomed their son, Franklin, in January 2026. They love being able to lead worship as a family. Jade’s free time is usually occupied by reading a book or hunting for iced coffee.

Rev. Kaylha Mcgee
Associate Pastor of Youth & Young Adults
Pastor Kaylha joined the team at Harvester in June 2021. She has been a leader on the district for various NYI events and brings the same high energy to making connections in the St. Peters community. Kaylha was ordained in the Church of the Nazarene in June 2024.
Kaylha is married to Ross, and they are parents to Taylor Rae, who is in sixth grade.
Pastor Kaylha loves people — all of her friends become family. Any conversation with her will quickly reveal her love for tacos, nachos, tacos, queso, and tacos.

Rev. Kelli Fulks
Associate Pastor of Children's Ministries
Pastor Kelli joined the Harvester team in 2025. She has served in the Church of the Nazarene in children’s ministry for many years - on 4 different districts in local churches, including district responsibilities including camps and quizzing. She holds a Master of Science in Clinical Counseling and was ordained as an Elder in 2021. Pastor Kelli loves engaging with kids and their families, and she is passionate about bringing the gospel to all kids in ways that they can engage and connect with Jesus.
Pastor Kelli has been married to Dennis since 2010 and they have four wonderful kids: Bria, Conley, Neelian, and Caedmon. She loves coffee, hiking, a good mystery book, and a really good burrito. She is almost always up for an adventure!

Rev. Jenn Ciavarella
Associate Pastor of Online Church
Pastor Jenn joined the Harvester team in July 2023. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Studies from Greenville College (1998) and a Master's in Instructional Technology from Southern Illinois University (2005) and is currently pursuing ordination in the Church of the Nazarene.
Having served in several church plants, she is passionate about using media and creative means to share the gospel. In her free time, Jenn serves as the technical director for a local theatre, hangs out with her dogs, and slowly runs 5K races because she loves the t-shirts.

Rev. Thomas Miller
Associate Pastor of Outreach
Pastor Thomas joined the Harvester team in 2026 as Associate Pastor of Outreach. He has served in ministry for over five years in youth, worship, and outreach ministry roles and was ordained as an Elder in 2025. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Arts in Youth & Family Ministry from MidAmerica Nazarene University. Thomas is passionate about helping people feel seen, valued, and connected to the life of the church and believes outreach begins with genuine relationships and serving the local community well.
Thomas and his wife, Haleigh, love raising their family in the St. Louis area and are grateful to be part of the Harvester community. In his free time, Thomas enjoys basketball, cheering on the St. Louis Cardinals, creating content online, good coffee, and spending time with family and friends.

Rev. Ruthie Williams
Associate Pastor of Older Adults
Pastor Ruthie joined the Harvester team in April 2024. She has been married to Josh since September 2013, and absolutely loves getting to be stepmother to her stepson, Keagan. Their family enjoys spending time camping, playing games, and sharing favorite movies and shows with each other. Ruthie and Josh love trying new foods and are always eager to go out for lunch with members of the church family. Ruthie loves color, nostalgia from the 80’s and 90’s, and anything crafty or creative.
Pastor Ruthie first began attending Harvester when she was in eighth grade and is very excited to be back and on staff. She is passionate about discipleship and team building. She believes that everyone, regardless of age or stage of life, has a place and purpose in the work God is doing in and through their church. Ruthie is currently pursuing ordination in the Church of the Nazarene.

Facilities Manager
Dan joined the Harvester team in 2025. He feels honored that the Lord has entrusted him to care for His house!

Sunshine Kids Director
Spring joined Sunshine Kids in 2023 as a teacher and is honored to now serve as the Director of our church preschool.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Education, which has provided a strong foundation for supporting children not only academically and socially, but spiritually as well. She is passionate about partnering with families and helping each child thrive through hands-on learning, meaningful relationships, and God’s love.
Spring is married and the mom of three boys. She loves hiking with the family, going on long walks with friends, cooking, and coffee.
