Kindergarten Prep
Sunshine Kids offers a full preschool program for students ages 2-5. Our focus is Kindergarten readiness and our curriculum ensures that your child will have the basic skill set needed to begin a successful academic future.

Arts, Crafts, & Centers
Students explore creativity during daily, hands-on arts and crafts projects. Center based activities are also used in each class in order to nurture a variety of learning styles.
Making Friends
At Sunshine Kids, the name of the game is friendship and fun! Children are encouraged to explore new friendships. We promote the core values of kindness, compassion, honesty, forgiveness, and treating others they way we want to be treated.
Spring Axelson, Director
Spring joined Sunshine Kids in 2023 as a teacher and is honored to now serve as the Director of our church preschool.
She holds a  Bachelor of Arts in Religious Education, which has provided a strong foundation for supporting children not only academically and socially, but spiritually as well. She is passionate about partnering with families and helping each child thrive through hands-on learning, meaningful relationships, and God’s love.
Spring is married and the mom of three boys. She loves hiking with the family, going on long walks with friends, cooking and coffee.
